Constantine Calafatis Architects is a private practice established in 1988.

Since then it has designed and delivered close to a hundred projects, including villas, residential complexes, office buildings, shops, restaurants, factories, gaming centers, hotels etc. The scope of the projects ranges from new building design, starting from an empty plot, to renovation projects such as the redesign and refurbishment of relatively new buildings and the pure restoration of listed buildings. Moreover the practice has undertaken a number of interior design projects, either independently, or as a continuation of larger design and construction projects.

The vast majority of the projects are client- centric, tailor conceived and constructed. Most of them began at conceptual design and continue into construction details, ending in the actual construction and delivery within agreed deadlines and a set budget.
