Recently a new type of medium size house of about 180,00m² has been conceived and discussed with perspective clients .It is a single storey steel frame building, with external walls made of cement board, internal partitions made of plasterboard, 200mm thermal insulation and triple glazing.

It has an advance heating / cooling system which is based on an air to air heat pump with a combination of solar panels, a natural ventilation system plus full LED lighting.

The result is a low budget building that can be delivered in less than 6 months, which is very energy efficient.
